Most horseradish sauces are pretty overwhelming, but this one is so subtle that you could almost eat it by itself. It makes a great addition to any rich, meaty dish (roasts, prime rib, etc.). Even better, this can be made up to several days ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, whisking vigorously until smooth, creamy, and completely blended.
